Russian Tea Cookies

There are few sweets in this world that I truly love and cannot resist.....Russian Tea Cookies are one of them.  I am pretty sure you could dust anything in powdered sugar and I would think it's the most brilliant dish ever created, and these cookies are no exception.  They're super easy to make, and are great especially around the holidays - they always remind me of Christmas!  Not to mention, these little delectable bites are fairly expensive to buy from a bakery, however, homemade, are super cheap and will look and taste like something a professionally made (if I can do it, you can do it).  They're great to bring to a party if you're going to someone's house for dinner, or to serve at your own function.  I like that they're not super sweet, and the crunch of the walnuts is awesome!

Russian Tea Cookies
Yields: about 20 Cookies

1 cup Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
6 tbsp. Confectioner’s Sugar
2 Coups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
Extra Confectioner’s Sugar to top

1>  In a food processor, add all ingredients (except the extra confectioner’s sugar) and mix until the nuts are completely ground and the ingredients form a dough-like consistency.
2>  On an ungreased cookie sheet, form 1-inch balls from the dough and space an inch apart.  Cook in a preheated 350-degree oven for 12 minutes.  Immediately remove the cookies from the pan and dust with powdered sugar.  After a few more minutes, dust them again with more sugar.
